Contacting Virgin Media

My blueyonder e mail gas stopped working on both my home pc and mobile and asks me to log in and when I try with the logo on details that are already in the fields it tells me they are not correct. I have not changed anything with my e mails for a long time so am unsure of the issue. I have tried on several occasions to contact Virgin Media but am not prepared to wait on the phone for hours on end. I have read all the self help topics and they don’t help. I have tried the on line help txt but got as far as they could help with a promise some one with Tec knowledge would contact me, but they haven’t. This on top of my home router dropping out and having to be reset virtually every day is now beyond a joke. As I was unable to contact anyone even to cancel my services I cancelled my direct debit in hopes someone would contact me. The who situation is beyond a joke and I’m not sure what to do next 😡
