Constant password issues with emails

My father has constant issues with his ntlworld emails. 

It states on both his iphone and his laptop that the password is incorrect and will not synchronise his email.

We have tried resetting the password but everytime it works straight away but the hours later says it cannot synchronise as the password is incorrect for both iPhone and laptop. It states there is a pop3 error also.

Hey @Ians1983,

 

Sorry to hear of the issues that your father is having with his email account.

 

Please could you try to reset the password once and then also re-add all of the email server details in with the new password, you can find the details here and let me know if this works.

We have tried this several times. My father has also just bought a new laptop that is having the same issue since this original post

Thanks for coming back to me @Ians1983.

 

This must be a problem with our network fully accepting the new password, If I drop over a private message would you be able to pass account security on your father behalf?
