Can you tell me if this issue is still on going or if this has been resolved?

 

If you're still struggling, I would suggest trying alternative browsers to see if this will allow you to successfully log in. I'd also suggest clearing the cache on the browsers.

I've tried Vivaldi and Opera, I've also tried clearing the cache.  The problem persists.  I'm have been staring at 3 flashing dots for about 5 at least 10 mins now!  I've reloaded the page 3 multiple times now with no success!

NB. - I am encountering no problems with any other website, just Virgin email!

For future reference, clearing the cache is no bad thing however it is deleting cookies, specifically the VM cookies from your browser that often resolves the connection issues including the endless dots.😉

Thank you for keeping us updated Adrianbell.

 

Can we please confirm if you're able to get into web-mail using a different web browser or device? 

 

Can we also confirm if you're experiencing any general broadband issues? Just so we can be sure this isn't connected to something like this. 

 

We have a very helpful superuser @ravenstar68 who knows a lot in regards to email, so I'll tag him here to see if he can advise anything else that may rectify this for you.
