I am on a macbook air, I cannot access my emails anymore, I get the message Connection to host imap.virginmedia.com on port 993 failed. Please can someone explain in simple terms how I get round this. Thank you
I tried that & completely stuffed everything up so had to delete my account from mac mail and start all over again. Every thing was still there and up to date so it obviously linked to virgin webmail account but still keeps losing the connection. This has all happened since the alleged virgin update supposedly fixed the problem.
