I am desperately trying to delete a Blue yonder e mail account which I used as my primary e mail when I was with Virgin Media, (For some considerable time).
I left approximately 18months - 2yrs ago, fully expecting the account to be deleted after 90 days, however the account is still active and appears to have been compromised leaving me in a very vulnerable position.
I am unable to access the account or make personal contact with Virgin Media and would very much appreciate any help you could offer in resolving this matter, by urgent deletion of the account.

I have now requested for your email account to be deleted - it can take up to 5 working days for our IT Teams to delete the mailbox, so as soon as I have an update for you on the progress, I will let you know 🙂
