Absolutely fantastic customer service, went above and beyond to help me today after a month of being pushed pillar to post by so many people.

Luke is the saving grace of your company, he definitely needs a pay rise or a bonus.

Could not fault his efforts and promises today he bent over backwards to resolve my issue with his manager Adrian smelt.

More employees like Luke would change this company for the better

That's good to hear. There are actually many good staff working for Virginmedia. I've met some. It's the awful company disorganisation that lets down their own staff just as much as the customers.
