I am at the end of my tether with Virgin. After they made an email address inoperable due to suspected spam, I allowed remote access so they could put it right but they couldn’t, I have spent hours on the phone with them, they have changed my passwords so many times I don’t know where I am and this has been going on since end of July. Email still inaccessible. They promise to call and don’t. I can only write to them and they send me the same form letter back.
I have moved what I can to other providers but Virgin are still holding me to contract. I would like to cancel my direct debit but it seems that would reflect on credit rating. Up until this issue, I had been quite happy, even recommending Virgin. I am an ordinary, elderly, non technical person. Just don’t know how to resolve this.
