Collect Equipment

Hi There 

I received an email this morning advising I am being sent packaging to return equipment. I am still a customer although out of contract,  and have no idea what this random email is about . 

has anyone else had this ? I have tried calling but not able to get through .

Thanks for your post and apologies for the delayed response. Are you still getting these notifications? Had you put in a request to cancel the service after ending the contract?

thanks for replying. 

im out of contract but not planning on leaving. I now have been sent the bag to send something back 

it an odd situation to be in . I actually responded to an email notifying my contract was ending asking for my telephone package to be increased to Anytime . It wasn’t straight away and my upgrade choices was switched off . Now that’s be switched on again and my telephone package has been switched.

The reply and package change would have triggered the message and the packaging to be sent but as you are remaining with the service then you can disregard the package.
