Yes, unfortunately there are a number of posts in this thread that do not relate to the original topic. Users can get locked out of their accounts for several reasons not just that in post one. In any case, the notifications referred to in post one would not lead to accounts being closed before mid April at the earliest.

hello, I am in the same position my wife is waiting for very important emails regarding hospital appointments. If it is possible to have even temporary access to out account I would be enormously grateful
well we have been unable to get into our email account for several days, we keep getting the message "mailbox unavailable" When I called 150 and finally got to speak to aomeone I was told they couldn't help because the email account in question is not is not the one virgin have registered for our account which doesnt make sense to me as obviously only one email is necessary for communication. We have been Virgin customers for probably 20 years but wont be for much longer if this situation is not cleared up.
Can somebody help me please,my elderly dad had a virgin account and has recently changed to sky and can’t access his email address he had,their are some important emails on there that he needs to access can somebody help me please,I’m trying to set up shopping for them as they are under the very vulnerable bracket and can’t leave the house,if anybody can help please..
