Closing blueyonder e mail account

I had a blue yonder account 4 years ago . I have had problems and it does not look as though it has been closed when I was told it would be. Could a moderator please help me.

I can arrange for this to be deleted and I apologise that this wasn't done, when you left us.

 

I will send over a private message, so that we can confirm the email address and get this logged with our IT team to be removed from our servers.

Our team have come back to confirm that your former mailbox has now been deleted from our servers and can no longer be accessed.
