I am so sorry to hear that you have been effected by a loss of email, to clarify, emails are deleted after 90 days of cancelling your Broadband.
If the email is not attached to an active broadband account then it will have been deleted. I cannot reinstate this for you but I would be happy to have the email fully deleted by our IT teams.
I will pop you a PM so we can arrange this now, please keep an eye out for the purple envelope in the top right corner of your screen alerting you to a new message.
