I have a question. I received a cheque from virgin media with the bank HSBC a while ago after a collector company asked me to pay a bill. So I paid it and later virgin media issued me the money bank using a cheque. The problem is that I lost the cheque and now I need a new to be issued. I called them and they said they cannot help me on the phone and I have to send an email.
