I am an old Virgin Media customer with a virginmedia.com e-mail address.
I have tried changing the password on the account but without success. How do I do this?
Alternatively, can I also shut the account down?

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble changing the password on an old email account. Unless the email account is connected to an active Virgin Media Broadband account then there would be issues I'm afraid.
If you're only wanting to change the password to gain access to close the email account, we can certainly check this out for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.
