Hi,
My Elderly Dad is a Virgin Broadband customer and has a Virgin Media email address. He also has a ntlworld.com email address, which is now no longer recognising his current password, so Outlook keeping requesting a password?
How can he check if his ntlworld email address is still live and also how can he change the password?

Reset the account's password via Forgotten your Password? | Reset Here | Virgin Media? Once you have successfully reset the password sign into My Virgin Media | Virgin Media and select Account settings > Virgin Media Mail settings > Generate new App password ― use this new app password with Outlook.
