I currently have two Virgin broadband accounts, let's call it the old account and the new account.
I created a VirginMedia domain email address under the old account, and I continue to use this email address all the time. I understand that this VirginMedia domain email address that I use all the time is associated/tied to the old account.
I wanted to change that association/tie from the old account to the new account.
This is in order to preserve this VirginMedia domain email address that I use all the time, if one day I need to cancel the old account but decide to keep the new account.
Can this be done?

Regrettably it is not possible to move individual email addresses between accounts AFAIK
