I recently moved and Virginmedia closed my account without me knowing and they set up a new account for the new address saying they would transfer my existing email address. When I went to register the new account, it did not allow me to use my existing email address so I have had to create a new one. Can someone please PM me to change my email address back to my old email address?
What you are looking for is known as a Move & Transfer. All the email addresses in the profile of the old account are transferred and take the place of any email addresses in the new account. The Forum Team should be able to get this referred to the correct department provided you meet the criteria.
