Certain emails not being received

I do not see emails from several addresses xxxx@hdid.co.uk. For example easthertsgolfclub@hdid.co.uk. All other emails are working fine as far as I know.

I have included all such emails in my Virgin media contacts, and have checked for filters and blacklisted accounts - both empty.

Does anyone have any further ideas? I have contacted hdid's support and they confirm the emails are being sent.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with sending your emails, how are things since your post? Are you still having the same issues or have they managed to resolve themselves?

Thanks for asking. Unfortunately no one has posted any suggestions and I am still having the same issue. No alerts or postings coming from any address at the @hdid.co.uk domain seem to reach my email inbox.

Can I ask if the mailbox that is emailing you is an automated one? 

 

Are you making a booking, is it confirmation of the bookings that aren't coming through? What about cancellation emails?
