Cant send emails

Is this  a VM email address and do you have an active broadband subscription with Virgin?

Can you clarify if you are using a Virgin email address and if you have an active broadband service?

If so, is this via WebMail or third party email client?

Yes this is an NTL address using Virgin Broadband and am using webmail

Have you checked all the settings are correct?

I would also look at removing the account and re-adding it back in.

I would also make sure everything is fully updated and there isn't any software updates that need doing. Cheers

Seems to have reset itself.
