If so, is this via WebMail or third party email client?

Yes this is an NTL address using Virgin Broadband and am using webmail

Have you checked all the settings are correct?
I would also look at removing the account and re-adding it back in.
I would also make sure everything is fully updated and there isn't any software updates that need doing. Cheers
