I have had this problem for ages and have just ignored it and used my iPhone to send emails. But I would lie to get it sorted as it annoys me 🙂
I get a 'vacant connect to the account "blue yonder.co.uk" - and then my email and request for password underneath.
No about of messing about seems to work. It may be linked to it being an ancient email - but I am loathe to change it after all these years.
Can you post a screenshot of the issue; make sure to redact all personal information from the image?
