I cannot send emails on my iPad or iphone without logging in to virginmedia Email account. When i try it states Cannot send email, the username or password for. [my email address] is incorrect.
i am currently in process of moving and need to be able to send and reply to emails.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having sending emails from your Virgin Media address. This could be an issue with your ipad settings not updating correctly. Have you changed your password recently?
Would you be all to remove all your email settings and re-add them on your ipad? You can find all the information that you need to do this here.
If you are moving to a new home with Virginmedia at that address, make sure that VM understand that you want to take your email account with you.
If you aren't taking up VM at the new address you will lose the email after 90 days.
