Keep getting this message when trying to access email. Logged into my virgin media account fine but wont let me access email. Also mobile kept telling me the server password is incorrect when I try adding it to my phone. Changed my password - still the same message.

So after calling 150 and speaking to a chap yesterday who spoke so fast I could barely understand him, he reckoned to fix it and said check it in an hour - just like the message, or it could take 24 hours having checked it this morning it was still not fixed. I could sign into my virgin media account just fine, check my profile, see bills - just no email access. So I rang 150 again and spoke to a lovely lady who spoke clearly, listened to what I told her, and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Thank you whoever you were.
