Cant change password

Hello

I am trying to change the password on my virgin media account however when I do so I get the following message 

Some information is missing or incorrectly entered. Please check below and try again.

I have entered all information correctly, I've triple checked so I don't know why this is happening 

I've tried changing it through the app and web browser however I get the same result

Update/Solution:

The password I was trying to change it to contained a word in it, however I tried changing it to a random string of letters/numbers and worked just fine. If anyone else is having this issue then I suggest try that. 

Would be helpful if virgin stated that the password couldn't contain a word in it though!
