I can access My virgin Media but when I click on email I get this message

I understand from previous posts that this is because the mailbox has been disabled, how do I get this enabled again? I am still a VM account holder and I access my email through the VM website. I have tried changing the password but that never worked.
Hi, I reset the account password (recall I am referring to the primary VirginMedia email address), logged in successfully to the account but the email was still unavailable. I've reset password again and still no access to the primary email account.
