Cant access my email account

I can access My virgin Media but when I click on email I get this message 

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.

I understand from previous posts that this is because the mailbox has been disabled, how do I get this enabled again?  I am still a VM account holder and I access my email through the VM website. I have tried changing the password but that never worked.

Sorry to hear you are unable to access your email account 

Before we look at this in more depth

Can you please try resetting the password then accessing the email account 

If that fails then let me know

I've had the same issue for many, many months. Have set up a secondary email account but can never access the primary email account although I can of course access my VM account details etc.

I'm sorry you're also experiencing problems with your email address.

 

Are you also getting the error message ' mailbox not available'?

 

If so, have you already tried resetting the password and trying again?

I have no problem accessing my VM account, so I assume you are directing me to change the password for the latter?

Hi, I reset the account password (recall I am referring to the primary VirginMedia email address), logged in successfully to the account but the email was still unavailable. I've reset password again and still no access to the primary email account.
