Cant Get into VM Email Even After Following Steps

On our wavelength

I am trying to get into my VM Emails but it wont let me. Im getting "Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable" page.

I have followed the steps but still getting it. TBH i dont recall the last time i logged into them.

I have no issues logging into any other VM apps/sites, just my emails.

The steps im doing is:

  • Log into VM
  • Select 'Email' from the 'Menu'
  • Then click the 'Sign in to your mail account' button

Please can you try using this on another device?

What happens when you try logging in on a private browser?
