Cant Confirm Username

I have recently become a first time customer and have just set up a My Virgin Media account.

I am being asked to confirm the username on the account by clicking a link in an email i have been sent - however i cannot gain access to the inbox on that account because I haven’t confirmed the username.

So im stuck! Any help would be much appreciated

Sorry for the late reply, and to hear you're having some issues setting up an online account.

 

Can you confirm if you're using an existing email address you already have to register?
