I'm using the Virgin email app on my Android. When emails are listed in my inbox I can read the first line of each of them. When wanting to view the full email by opening it, it seems as if it fails to be able to download it; the progress bar just keeps on going around and around. Funnily enough, I can see any attachments.

Sorry to hear of the problems experienced viewing emails, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and welcome to the community.
Can you confirm if this only happens via the app or do you also experience this when using a desktop to view the emails?
If it is just via the app can you ensure it is up to date please?

Hi Rob,
It's working fine now. I really have no explanation for this as I have been trying for about a year now to get emails on my phone and hence always read them on my pc as the Android seemed not to work. I must admit that yesterday morning I did some Settings adjustments but to no avail so I posted my problem to this group. About four hours later it seemed to be fine. I don't understand but I'm happy.
