I cannot sign into Virgin,net mail.
My security questions are not being recognised so I click on forgot the answers to my security questions.
I am then taken to the 'please confirm your username page' but I don't have an account to be able to answer these questions. All I have is an email account.
How do I access my email account?

If you don't have a current VM broadband account you are not entitled to use a VM email address.

Thanks for the useful info.
I'm so annoyed as I have so many apps linked to that email account. its going to take forever to sort out!
