Cannot send emails via Thunderbird through Virgin Media
Cannot send emails via Thunderbird through Virgin Media - Message is "User name or password are incorrect" BUT they are not incorrect. Have changed password via VM, and tried deleting account to no avail.
My wife has a Secondary account with VM - would one conflict with the other ?
You can check your listing yourself but there is no point requesting removal until you have found and deleted the spambot. https://www.spamhaus.org/query and type in your external IP you can gets this my typing "whats my ip" into google.
