Cannot send email

Unable to send email for over 24hours from my ntlworld.com or my wife’s virgin media.com receiving invalid password message, although receiving email is not a problem, this following weeks of broadband issues. Having been with the company since the days of Cable & Wireless I have never experienced such a deterioration in service. Please get these problems sorted.

Does the issue only occur when using your Virgin Media connection?

When the issue next happens consider trying the following troubleshooting steps on the device:

Should you only be listed in the PBL then can you confirm you are able to sign into webmail?

Afraid not computer literate, however if I go to virgin website and sign in I can send email from there. Just not from Apple mail.
