For about a week now I can send emails but cannot receive them or sign in to my virgin media account or check webmail. It doesn't seem to recognise me. I have tried changing password in case for some reason it's incorrect but when I put in the security answers they are not recognised either.
My husband's email on the same outlook is working fine, sending and receiving.
I am not at all technically minded so I'd be grateful if someone from Virgin could take a look at my account for me.
If it was just on Outlook I would use webmail but it seems to be more like I am not being recognised.
Thank you for replying. I telephoned in the end and got my password reset. Several days later I got a letter from Virgin saying someone had tried to get into my account. All sorted now though my anti virus and malwarebytes and spywareblaster didn't show anything at all.
