I recently needed to browse my virginmedia email and following advice from other forum posts i attempted to change the password through the main virgin media account. This doesn't work anymore as this was a sub account and since i cannot login to my account i cant change the password from here and i tried calling up virginmedia support but they seemed rather clueless on the phone about what a sub account even is / why anyone has multiple virgin media emails.
Please could someone assist?
