I have not been able to log in to my account for years now! I have tried to reset my password by answering the security question. For some reason the security question answers are wrong as I type in the correct answer but it keeps saying it is not correct. I then proceed to the next page where to reset security question, it asks for account number, Bill date and bill amount. I add in the correct details and it still does not recognise it. This is so frustrating as I cannot face ringing Virgin media and being on hold for hours!
