Not able to receive and send emails from my laptop or Iphone. It stopped working Thursday 12th August 2021. comes up Virginmedia account settings needs updating or changing the password. I have been try to change password but nothing happening. I use my email all the time and need it up and running.
Could you please advise what the issue is and when will the problem be fixed
