Just come off the phone with India as they have little to zero knowledge and cannot listen. I logged into my account to create a new email address, I click to select the email address, making sure it's not taken, and followed by the password. When I click create I get the following error message
Three times I tried, over three days, each time the name is taken if I try again, and each of the three time the email address does not show up within my list. Can someone please let me know what the fault actually is, or can they quickly fix it. There are three emails that all start with Shifter. something email@example.com Feel free to delete these so I can create again once it's working.
