Cannot connect to email account.

I cannot connect to my email account, either as a stand alone site (normal way) or through my Virgin Media account (which presents no problem to sign into itself).

I keep getting the following message when I try to get to my emails "Connection error. This service is not available right now. Retry." Of course retrying doesn't work ! The help section is no good as it keeps me going in circles. Any advice, suggestions or ideas please ?

Are you still having an issue accessing your email account?

 

Can you confirm if you still have an active broadband service with us?

Hi, yes I still cannot connect to my email account, although getting into my My Virgin account has no problems. I also still have a broadband account with Virgin. Thanks.
