Cannot access secondary email account

Hi

I cannot access my secondary Blueyonder email account. Any known problems?

Possibly, but you need to tell the community what error message you see when logging into webmail with the email account concerned.  https://mail2.virginmedia.com/

The standard message: "We didn't recognise the username or password you entered. Please try again."

I'm entering the correct info, the same name/pw I've used for years. Nothings changed.

This has only happened since this morning. I've even tried to change the pw on this secondary account but it will not let me.

I can access the primary email account no problem.

Ok, so in the face of it this is a different issue to the mailbox unavailable one that many others have been experiencing.

Is the primary account connected to a current VM broadband account?

Can you see the secondary account listed under the My Profile, Manage Accounts tab or perhaps under the My Profile tab as an alternate addresses?

The Forum Team will reach this thread in a few days and the answers you give will help them to diagnose the issue.

Important to be clear

It it showing under Manage Accounts,

Or as an alternate under My Profile.

There is a significant difference between the two

So, when looking at the accounts under the Manage account tab you should see a link for view/change clicking which brings up another page with options to change the username (ignore) and to change the password.

What error message does that throw up?
