Cannot access ny second email address

Hi everyone. For two weeks now I've been trying to get my daughters ntlworld account unlocked. I have had it for years as a secondary account to my own but it's stopped working and neither of us can log into her emails. I have IT on the case they supposedly sorted it on Friday but we still get unknown username or password!!! Had enough now.

The VM Forum Team staff should be able to investigate this further for you when they reach this thread in a day or so.

Thanks for the swift reply.Sadly Ive nearly given up after two weeks of endless phone calls..I even have a reference number from the IT team who said it would be sorted on friday and I would be getting a phone call-nothing.My daughter has years worth of stuff on the email address.shes gutted and Im upset for her.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. 

Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Daniel you did what 8 people on the phone and two IT people failed to do..my daughter can now access her emails thanks to you, she has printed off what she needs. Can't thank you enough.
