For the last few days I've been unable to access my NTLWORLD account. First it stopped working on my phone then it stopped working on my PC. The credentials I'm using are correct and haven't been changed for years. Anyone know why this is ? Something has changed and it's not at the client end.
Frustratingly exactly the same problem has happened again. Both my mobile and laptop cannot recieve any emails and I get asked repeatedly to enter my credentials none of which have changed for a number of years. Could whatever was done last time to address this problem please be repeated. An explanation of why this problem is happening would be appreciated.
I have not performed a password reset. I didn't have to do so when this problem happened previously. Something has happened with the ntlworld email service and it would be good to understand what issues are causing this to be so unreliable.
