Cannot access emails from home page

Hi, 

On the home page the email link (https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/email/mailbox) redirects to a help page (https://www.virginmedia.com/help/billing-and-payments/manage-email-account)

https://mail2.virginmedia.com works

The first link takes me to the help page where I see a large purple button labelled 'sign into your mail account'.  Pressing this takes me to the webmail page.
