I have a blue yonder account that I use for my emails. I deleted the account on my iPhone but now cannot set it up again.
I have cleared cookies etc but when trying to use the forgotten password/username it says that ‘We’re sorry but this link is broken’
Sorry, meant to say I cannot get on the virgin media account either.

It seems that you have an issue with your account information, we can get this looked into further if you haven't already been able to do so.
I can see that you have spoken to the team and that they are sending out a password reminder to get your passwords reset. Is that correct?
