Hi, originally had an issue on a secondary account, which was unlocked and then finding that same account has relocked.
This email was used for a reply address for recruitment, and cannot access or unlock.
Have logged into main account and reset pw, but still getting same issue.
Hoping for some help.
Whilst logged into your primary account did you also change the password for the secondary account? It should show under the Manage Accounts tab.

Hi, it was the secondary account password that I changed and still cannot access the account.
It looks like it may have been hacked and after VM changed the pw on the account previously, we were hoping it would be ok.

Thanks for confirming that, it wasn't quite clear from your original post.
The VM Forum Team will get back to you as soon as they can.
Once you regain access it would be advisable to change the security answers for the secondary account.
