Cannot access email - Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable - Link Expired

Hi,

Yesterday I appear to have lost access to my @ntlworld.com email account.

On logging into my.virginmedia.com and attempting to access my email I was told "Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable".

I have tried many times today to follow the instructions on unlocking my account but when attempting to reset my password I am told to specify a different email address for logging in to my.virginmedia.com. I do this and the confirmation email arrives in my new email addresses inbox but when I click on the confirmation link I am told that the link has expired. I have attempted this on multiple devices (Mac, iPhone, Windows PC, iPad) and multiple browsers (Safari, Google Chrome) and have the same result.

I am rather desperate for a solution as I have not been able to access my mail for two days now.

Since yesterday I have been unable to access my blueyonder email account, either through the Mail app on my phone or by any other method.  I get this usual message about my Mail Account being locked.

I have tried several times to reset the password for my email account and whilst it has changed my login details for my virginmedia account, I still cannot access my emails in any way.

I am expecting a few important emails and I am at the end of my wits. Can you please help me get back into my emails?
