Hi Lee

Please can you contact me also.

I have had a blueyonder.co.uk  email address for 20nyears also. My parents have had an account with VM for some time which is why my email is probably still running but they canceled a while ago.

I didn't realise my email address would stop.

Anyway currently someone is hacking my e ail and changing my password. It's happend 3 times in the last 3 days. And I can't change it back.

This is my main email address for all correspondence so need to gett access back ... even if temporary.

Thanks

 Scott

Firstly, to deal with the hacking issue. Your account may not have been hacked.  In recent days there has been an issue with VM email. Some people with VM email accounts have had their passwords changed multiple times.

Read through VM's post on the matter here https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Password-reset-emails-Roger-Philip-Investigating Towards the bottom of that page is a link to all the many posts from VM customers who have been affected. This may not be applicable to you but the fact the account has been affected 3 times in 3 days makes it seem very likely.

Moving on to you regaining access to your Blueyonder account. Unfortunately, as neither you or your parents are VM broadband customers that could be difficult.

Sadly "Lee" is unlikely to see your post but one of the other Forum Team members (VM employees) will contact you via this thread in the next day or so. They will be able to advise you of the situation regarding your email account.

Even if you do regain access it will be at grave risk of being deleted by VM without warning at anytime so you need to start taking steps to switch over to a non VM email account. You say it's your "main" account so presumably you already have an alternative set up which is a good start.
