I cannot access my emails via the virgin website.
I get the message;
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
I have tried again after an hour but still receive the same error.
I am in dire need of a replacement hub and not having access to my virgin emails to see any correspondence if a source of anxiety.
Is there a solution to this? I have already reset my password to the account.
