Cannot access Email

When trying to access my emails I receive the message

”Sorry, your mailbox is unavailable at the moment”

I have had this email account for many year and can no longer access it for the first time

I am a customer of virgin media but under a different account

Hi Ryan123cook,

 

Sorry to hear that you've been unable to access your email account. Can I ask whether the email address is under a different Virgin Media account under someone else and is it a secondary email address or a primary one? Are you able to clear your browser cache and perform a password reset?

It’s a secondary account and it’s my own account, I can access the account just can’t access my actual emails
