Cannot access blueyonder email account and have not been able to for 3 days
Are you able to describe the issue in more detail, i.e. email client in use, warning / error message shown, etc.

Thank you so much for your post and I am so sorry to hear this has happened!
Can I ask what error message you get when you try to log into the email? Also is this the same email you use to access your My Virgin Media Account, and if so are you still able to access it?
