Hi, I hope you can help before I literally have no hair left.
I have searched google and help boards to try and resolve this. Using iPhone 12 and iPad and cannot get my email account added.
Have followed all the steps on Virgin web site to no avail. I have an ntlworld.com email address.
Are you still a Virginmedia Broadband customer ?

Thanks Mike yes, have followed these and also tried to set up Outlook for mobile and have the same IMAP issues 😞

Sorry that you're having this problem! Can I ask if you have ever had the email address on the phone previously? Or is this a brand new set up?

When you got the new device, have you had an iPhone previous and when you set your new phone up - was it restored from a back up?
