Cannot Access Webmail

I only use webmail to access my virgin emails. Logged on this AM (8th June) and have a new login screen and have found logging in to be very hit and miss. It seems VM have changed the e-mail login screen and when I use it I can enter my user name and password but after entering my details the logon through to webmail takes ages and in some cases times out. If I click back to a previous screen my webmail page is then sometimes visible? Is this an issue that other VM users are seeing as well? I have tried different web browsers and get same results on both very intermittent in being able to connect.

Re: Cannot Access Webmail

Accessing my ntlworld emails through Windows Live Mail this morning is very hit and miss for me. It alternates between completing the check/download and failing to connect.

Re: Cannot Access Webmail

Thanks for the heads up that you too are having issues in accessing e-mail and experiencing the same login problems. Begs the question as to how long this problem will last?

Re: Cannot Access Webmail

Not just webmail, finding it hit and miss to access POP3 email also.
Service Status states there are no known issues!

Re: Cannot Access Webmail

Confirm same, I can't find any notice either that advises of the access problem posted as a Known Service Issue.

Re: Cannot Access Webmail

Just got this every time I've tried to access Webmail this morning:

Method Not Allowed

The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /acs/acs.

Virgin Media have updated their sign in pages overnight. If you have bookmarked the old login page then you might need to update your bookmark.

Using the old link would generate the above error message.

Try this link: https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/email/mailbox

Re: Cannot Access Webmail

Thanks, but a bit of notice might have been kind.

Indeed it would.  This point has already been made to the Community Team  and a 'sticky' post has since been added to the top of this forum.

Re: Cannot Access Webmail

Hi, I tried using the link suggested but that does not work either. After clicking the link it just times out.
