My current email address is still receiving forwarded annoying spam mail from an obsolete ntlworld account.
As I have not been a virgin customer for some years and no longer have access to that account, I am unable to stop the forwarding.
I would appreciate it if a virgin media member of staff could help with deleting my old ntlworld account thus stopping the constant flow of spam mail.
