I cancelled my account several years ago with no problem until I was still receiving Emails in my old account. I wrote to VW with no answer as to why I was still receiving Emails as I now have a BT email address. I am still receiving Emails from my old account. What should I do as I am not being billed.

Hi Baswil,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused by your old Email still being active, we do advise you may lose your Email within 90 Days of cancelling your Virgin Media account however this isn't always the case, if you do wish for us to permanently delete the Email account, this is something we can do and AI will be happy to assist.
